Mini Sephora Haul

Sooo, I've decided to jump on the Soap & Glory bandwagon. I've never heard of this brand until it started  popping up in the beauty community on YouTube. BeautyCrush was the first youtuber I saw mentioning their products, along with how delicious they smelt! I thought that Soap & Glory : Hand Food would best suffice as an intro to this brand, and I couldn't have agreed more. This hand cream smells UH-MAZING! It has a sweet yet luxury smell to it. The formula sinks into your hands quickly too. This is now a must in my handbang.

Now, you don't know how long I've been longing to try anything on the Origins line. I've heard numerous superlative comments on this brand, and how their products are naturally made. After examining each product on the shelf for a good 30 minutes - looking like a suspicious creeper - I finally succumbed to the Origins Super Spot Remover and the Out of Trouble 10 Minute Mask.

Let's start off with the spot remover, because I was super excited about this one. When you have problem skin with a huge pimples purging from your cheek, you are not only hoping for the best, but for a SAVIOR! The bottle was very tiny but I heard that it takes a good while to finish it up. Boy were they wrong. I'm already a quarter into the bottle after the first week. Maybe I just have way too many pimples to save, or I am not properly using it. Maybe my skin is just stubborn, or this stuff really does not live up to the hype; because not only did my pimples did not show any improvement, but made them even larger! Bummed is only the word that would describe my expectations for this product. *sad face*

But do not fear! The face mask is anything but dull compared to the spot remover. When it comes to face mask, I'm usually skeptical because I never thought seeing results right after washing existed. BUT, after the ten minutes of wear, I surely felt I had a tighter, softer, and cleaner skin! Most masks that I use leave a residue or irritate my skin while washing, no matter how gentle I am. But this baby did nothing of that sort. When you apply the product to your face, you feel it working right away. A tingle there, and a sniff of herbally there, and I'm a step away from paradise. If you don't like the the scent of Vicks, then I wouldn't recommend this mask for you. Otherwise, this actually cleared up my face by 50% the next morning!

I sure am looking forward to trying out more Origins and Soap & Glory products in the near future! WIN!
